In the midst of an almadraba tuna boom, we travel to an incredible place, Bolonia Beach (Tarifa), where a magnificent restaurant owned by the third generation, just like the vinery, is located. There, we married the perfect match: a beautiful 256kg tuna and our Cunqueiro Centenario. The success was guaranteed and effectively so.
